Swordfish Villas - Malindi

I enjoyed favourable and marvellous location!!!

It was located in a nice area in the outdoor seating area. The apartment was 25 minutes walk away from Soho. Staff was accommodating, assisted with everything.

Idyllic place, just like the photos! Perfect for relaxation after safari. 5min walk from the beach. Very helpful and attentive staff.

swordfish villas in malindi was even better than our previous stay. the staff were so friendly and helpful, and chef anderson's cooking skills were impeccable. the house was clean and the cleaning lady did a great job throughout our stay. an amazing place to relax with family.

Ac in one room not working.

We had a wonderful time at Swordfish Villas! Our stay was for a week and we loved every moment. The property is stunning, with a gorgeous pool and beautiful rooms. The fully stocked kitchen was a bonus, and the covered outdoor seating area was perfect for relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and having AC in the rooms and hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise. The location is great, with easy access to bodas and nearby resorts. And of course, the cute tortoise on the property was a charming addition!

Can just recommend this hotel.

The villa at Swordfish Villas was fine. The pool area was spacious and the sitting area was perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and the cleaning lady did a great job throughout our stay. Chef Anderson's cooking skills were great, providing delicious meals and perfect service. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Stayed at this villa with a "lovely" patio, "amazing" pool, and a garden that made me feel like a nature enthusiast. Also, the paid airport shuttle service was a great way to experience Malindi's traffic firsthand.

Oh, what I didn't like? Just a subtle lack of detail about the amenities and an unfortunate sense of humor from the mosquitoes.

I immediately reported it to the management and they acted quickly to address the problem, ensuring my comfort. The swimming pools were also well-maintained and provided a refreshing break from the heat. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

Missing essential kitchen items.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any issues or questions. The pool was a real highlight, it was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a refreshing swim. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the rooms were a bit small and the bedding wasn't the most comfortable, with pillows that were a bit high.

The room at Swordfish Villas was fantastic! It had everything I needed for my budget stay. The air-conditioning kept me cool, and the kitchen with an oven allowed me to cook my own meals. The private bathroom was clean and had a great shower. I felt comfortable and had a great time during my stay.

The only thing I liked less was that not all units were air-conditioned.

The setup of the place is mind-blowing, with jaw-dropping pool that is cleaned multiple times a day. The property is always kept super clean. The staff went above and beyond to organize a chef for us within an hour of arrival. Martin, the chef, was fantastic and we highly recommend him. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Thank you to the whole team for an amazing stay!
